Essential Skills Investigation

The ESI video (15:48) is designed to increase awareness of the central role Essential Skills play in the workplace.  Essential Skills Investigators in a fictitious crime lab systematically follow Essential Skills clues to determine the cause of a vehicle malfunction with dire consequences.  The video uses humour demonstrates how the Essential Skills can impact the workplace in the automotive aftermarket industry.

The accompanying Facilitator’s Guide (5.2mb) and Workbook (3.6mb) can be used in the classroom to demonstrate the importance of the Essential Skills.
