Customer Service Specialist (NOC 6421)

Retail salespersons and sales clerks sell, rent or lease a range of technical and non-technical goods and services directly to consumers. They are employed by stores and other retail businesses, wholesale businesses that sell on a retail basis to the public.

Customer Service Specialists assess customers’ satisfaction following the purchase of a new vehicle or following maintenance or repairs at the service department. They also telephone customers reminding them of maintenance schedule requirements and advising them of special promotions that are available.
